F.A.Q.s
1) If I need to cancel or reschedule my game, will I get my money back?
If you cancel 24 hours or more before your game, you will receive a full refund.
2) I already own an Ultimate Hoops jersey from a previous UH league. Can I wear it for a Preseason game?
Yes, as long as you a wearing an Ultimate Hoops jersey you are eligible.
3) Will my Preseason game stats impact my current or future league stats?
No. Preseason game stats are separate from your regular season league stats.
4) What if I want to play with my friends on the same team?
We suggest selecting a date and time with enough open player slots and registering individually at the same time, to the same team.
5) What if one team is clearly more talented and experienced. Will the Game Coordinators be allowed to switch players to make the rosters balanced?
Yes, the Game Coordinator reserves the right to adjust the rosters before the game starts. No roster changes are allowed once the game begins.
6) I have a Life Time membership but my membership type does not allow access to the specific Preseason game Life Time location. Can I still play?
All Preseason game participants must have the appropriate Life Time access membership for the location where the games are played.
