Hall of Fame Class of 2023
Congratulations to the Hall of Fame Class of 2023. Fred Dudley (AZ), Donald Didlake (AZ), Charlie Farber (NV), Kerry Knoll (NV) and Geno Phelps (MN) will be joining Ultimate Hoops Royalty in 2023. All five players received over 50% of votes from their peers.
Fred Dudley: The first ballot Hall of Famer is truly one of the goats of Ultimate Hoops Arizona basketball. Fred’s legendary X Over teams put Arizona on the map and still the only team in National Tournament history to have beaten Ball So Hard. Fred ranks top 12 all time in points, rebounds, and assist. Fred also has won 13 Ultimate Hoops championships in his career.
Charlie Farber: Charlie is another first ballot Hall of Famer after receiving 90% of the votes. His career accomplishments include 18 Ultimate Hoops Championships and currently top 5 all time in points and assists. He’s dominated at every level in the Vegas leagues.
Geno Phelps: Geno is one of the original pioneers of Ultimate Hoops in Minnesota. He is most known for his work as GM and Coach of the legendary Bulls teams that won back to back National Titles in 2012 and 2013. Geno has also won 8 Ultimate Hoops titles in his career.
Donald Didlake: Donald Didlake is one of the top point guards in Ultimate Hoops Arizona history. He is top 6 all time in assist and steals. Donald has won 14 Ultimate Hoops championships in his 13 year career.
Kerry Knoll: Kerry is the Ultimate Hoops all time leader in 3 pointers made. He is also top 10 all time in points and assist. Kerry will always be remembered as the face of the Hickory Huskers in Las Vegas. His fight through 2 open heart surgeries is what Never Retire is all about.
