Ultimate Hoops Trainer Kris Moore, aka they_want_moore on insta, is preparing a number of his top clients for their upcoming seasons across the globe. Last week, Moore put Trey Gilder, former Northwestern State University star and current player for the Saga Ballooners in the Japan League, through a number of high-intensity workouts at Life Time Dallas - Highland Park.
