As always, the health of our Life Time basketball members is our absolute top priority. To ensure the safety of our participants we have made modifications to our programming.
Increased Safety Measures
Increased daily cleaning practices
Disinfecting basketballs after each session, each participant to keep same ball all class
Allowing 15-30 minutes between group sessions to wipe down equipment
Using station work that practices social distancing, 10 FT between participants
No spectators during class, parents, siblings, etc.
Allowing flexible makeup policy to encourage members not feeling well to stay home
Temperature screenings required for entry into club, no entry for temperature of 100.4 or greater
Masks to be worn by all members and guests over the age 11 in ALL clubs, effective July 27. While mask requirements vary by state, please note that at minimum all members will be expected to wear masks while navigating all areas within the club. Unless otherwise specified by government orders, members may remove masks when exercising on a cardio or strength machine, while swimming, playing basketball or in their reserved spot within a Studio.

What to Except
When participants arrive to class the Ultimate Hoops Trainer (UH Trainer) will send each participant to their assigned cone, 10 FT between for each participant
Participant will execute warmup from their cone followed by completing each station twice, stations include shooting, dribbling, passing, conditioning, and footwork drills
Each class will end with a solo game or competition
Post class announcements will be available via email along with a class recap
UH Trainer will also provide homework or activities that participants can do from home
Class, Small Groups & Privates Only: To ensure social distancing measures for the safety or our staff and participants we will only be offering classes. Camps and clinics to relaunch in future phases.

Once form is submitted you will receive a confirmation that you are enrolled
We will notify you of how many sessions you have remaining in your account, followed by a recurring monthly fee if you continue to remain in the program after this month
Day of Class
Bring a water bottle to class, participants are allowed to bring own ball, pump will not be available so only bring a ball that has adequate air
Drop off athlete in the gym, Ultimate Hoops Trainer will direct them to their starting station
No spectators in the gym during class, no parents, siblings, etc.
Keep participants home if they or anyone else in the home isn’t feeling well
Please give as much advanced notice as you can if you cannot attend
Give extra time to get temperature checked in states that require it
FAQ
Q: If I don’t begin my basketball sessions today, will I forfeit them?
A: As long as you are an active member, your sessions will not expire, and will be active when you are ready to start class. If you cancel your membership your sessions will be forfeited.
Q: What if we change our mind after registering, can we get a refund?
A: Yes, you will receive a refund for all unused sessions after your purchase made from today forward. We can also provide a credit for future classes when you are ready to come back.
Q: When will you be offering other programs again?
A: As soon as we deem it safe to rollout phase two we will be allow other basketball programs. Class lesson plans have been created to allow proper social distancing.
Q: Can non-member participate in programming?
A: To keep ratios small and to allow from proper safety guidelines we will not be allowing non-members in our programs at this time.
Q: Why aren’t parents/siblings and other spectators allowed to watch class?
A: The more people we have in a space the higher the risk of spreading illness, we want to keep our spaces limited with as few people as possible.
Q: Can I use LT Bucks?
A: Yes! Select LT Bucks on your registration form, please shop with your bucks ahead of time on the Life Time App or on MyLT.
Q: Why can’t I pay with cash, credit cards or checks?
A: At Life Time we have the ability to setup auto payments for member programming via recurring payments (EFT). This is the safest way we can collect your payment at this time. We have the ability to run a one-time transaction, or setup monthly recurring payments with this system.
Q: Are Venmo or PayPal acceptable forms of payment?
A: No, Life Time programs should never be paid with Venmo or PayPal accounts.
