When it comes to getting UH players pumped for a game, Eminem tops them all 

After tallying all the submissions over the last two weeks on uhlife.com, Facebook and Twitter, we have officially released Ultimate Hoops Playlist Vol. 1 on Spotify. Due to the volume of submissions, we're releasing a Vol. 1, with additional volumes to be released at a later date.  

Some stats on the submissions:

  • The most submitted artist was Eminem with three songs, Til' I Collapse, Lose Yourself, and One Shot 2 Shot.
  • "Are You Serious?" Award: Mariah Carey's We Belong Together
  • Old School Award: James Brown's Super Bad

Now, the most important part, our contest winner. Congrats to Matt Holmes, the winner in our random drawing of song submissions. Matt wins a Ultimate Hoops Spalding Basketball and a Never Retire t-shirt.
