7 p.m. - Strayer vs Virginia Tech

The first playoff game of the night and probably the most anticipated of all. Get ready to watch a top flight defense go up against a sharp shooting offense. One player to watch out for is Eric Nixon of the Hokies. He’s a former UH MVP and league champ so we will see how he motivates his teammates. Strayer will be in need of offensive production tonight or else they could be going home early these playoffs. Strayer told us they want to make Seth Needleman & Mike Smith their focal point. If those guys come ready to play then watch out for the highlight reel plays. Both teams will be fired up.

8 p.m. - Hampton vs Missouri

A game of the best record the league versus the worst record in the league. Most are already calling this a cake walk for the Pirates, but the Pirates have never been ones to undermine their opponents so expect them to come out with intensity as if they were playing an undefeated team. We spoke with Sean Sweeney of Missouri and he told us “they’re going to play their hearts out.” Most have already written them off so they have nothing to lose at this point. I tell y’all what, if Missouri allows the three-headed monster of Jerry McFadden, Brandon Allen and Raegan Zamena to get going it could very well be their last game of the season. Expect the stars to come out and shine!
