Here’s a look at the five hottest players in UH Nation from the past week, based on PPV.
1. Casey Morgan +14,450,203
Morgan played 79 career UH games in Arizona from the Summer of 2017 to the Fall of 2019. He’s now playing in the King of Prussia Draft League, and through six games he’s averaging 26.3 points and 9.8 rebounds. His last two games have been two of his best, as he put up 24 points and six rebounds on 9-18 shooting two weeks ago, and 35 points and 16 rebounds on 12-20 shooting from the field last week in an 81-65 win. That win helped KOP’s Finest end a four-game losing streak.
2. Derrick Snowden +13,090,556
Snowden is playing in his first draft season in Columbia, and through two games he’s averaging 8.5 points and 5 rebounds on 39% shooting from the field.
4. Marc Manuele +12,521,401
John Cox is third on this list, but he hasn’t played since the last time he was featured in this article, so we’ll move on to fourth. Manuele is having a productive rookie season in the South Jordan Draft League, as he’s averaging 13.8 points and 11.6 rebounds. His most recent game is what gets him into this article, as his PPV took a sharp rise after going off for 26 points and 20 rebounds on 13-19 shooting last week.
5. Jandy Martinez +12,394,922
Martinez has been scoring with relative ease this season in the Sky Open League, as he’s averaging 24.2 points on 53% shooting from the field. His lowest-scoring game this season was two games ago, when he scored 19 points on 8-16 shooting, adding a season-high 18 rebounds. He had another double-double last week, pouring in a season-high 29 points on 11-15 shooting, adding 10 rebounds in a close 68-66 win for 14th Street Hoopers.
