10 crazy stats from Houdini's 95-point win over Rudedogs "A", including Jim Reilly's quadruple-double
I have seen plenty of one-sided box scores in my time with Ultimate Hoops, and last night’s game between Houdini and Rudedogs “A” in the Green Valley Vet A League featured one of the most lopsided I’ve ever seen.
Houdini won 147-52, and there are a whole lot of stats that stand out.
Jim Reilly had a quadruple-double of 16 points, 23 rebounds, 10 assists and 12 blocks. He also had six steals.
Daniel Bower and Michael Carboni each had 48 points, and they combined to shoot 37-59 from the field and 19-31 from deep.
Of Houdini’s five players, the lowest PPR was recorded by Charlie Farber, who had a PPR of 24.2. He had 29 points, five rebounds and 10 assists.
Houdini shot 56% from the field and 54% from deep. Rudedogs “A” shot 28% from the field and 29% from deep.
Houdini had 37 more made shots and 32 more assists than Rudedogs “A”.
Bower had seven assists, which was the lowest among Houdini’s players. He had three more assists than Roger Snow and James Rice, who led Rudedogs “A” with four apiece.
Reilly’s 12 blocks were four times as many blocks as all of Rudedogs “A” had.
Rudedogs “A” had 18 more turnovers than Houdini.
Houdini has played four games this season, with two of them coming against Rudedogs “A”. They’ve averaged 133.5 points per game against Rudedogs “A” and 69 points per game in their other two games.
Houdini has beaten Rudedogs “A” by an average of 69 points in those two wins.
