Who's Hot: Tay Wright's Raleigh scoring record gives him the highest PPV of the week
Here’s a look at the five hottest players in UH Nation from the past week.
1. Tay Wright +14,292,104
Wright tops the list by over $1,000,000 with a record-breaking performance on Wednesday night in Raleigh. He scored 61 points on 23-32 shooting from the field and 14-19 from deep, adding six rebounds and five assists. This came after a 46-point performance in his previous game, where he shot 18-23 from the field and 3-5 from deep. This has added up to Wright averaging 46.3 points this season, with shooting percentage splits of 63/52/81.
2. Jarom Morley +13,027,316
Morley gets here due to a 28-point, 21-rebound performance in South Jordan last week in his first game of the season. That was good for a PPR of 50.0, which leads all of UH Nation, so Morley gets high on the Who’s Hot list and also now tops the National Player Performance Ranking list. Last week was his first game in South Jordan since August 16, 2016, when he put up 18 points on 7-12 shooting from the field and 4-6 from deep.
3. Jordan Michelson +12,363,303
Michelson had a dominant showing, with two double-doubles in back-to-back games during Week 3 in Westminster. He had 15 points and 16 rebounds in an 84-82 loss, the followed that up with 28 points and 29 rebounds in a 126-96 win. This has added up to him averaging 22.5 points and 17.8 rebounds with shooting percentage splits of 72/100/92.
4. Tyc Snow +12,015,486
We have another record-breaking performance on the list this week, as Snow scored a Gainesville Vet League record 72 points in a 107-96 win last week. That was obviously a season-high for Snow, but he has been putting up high scoring numbers all season. He’s played in six games this season and has put up 42, 52, 33, 41, 42 and 72, giving him an average of 47 points per game.
5. Alfonso Wilson +11,952,247
Wilson didn’t play a game in the Fort Washington Draft League until Week 5, giving him two games played this season. In those two games, Wilson has averaged 15.5 points and 13 rebounds on 63% shooting.
