Tunde Ogunleye looks ready for the New York National Tournament

The New York National Tournament is now less than a month away, and judging from the opening week of the Westchester Draft League, Tunde Ogunleye is ready for it to start today.

Ogunleye did everything for Man Down in an 87-63 win over FMB. He scored 34 points, with shooting percentage splits of 68/50/100, grabbed 13 rebounds and dished out six assists. This was good enough for a PPR of 44.0, which was the third-highest across UH Nation on Thursday night.

Piling up impressive PPR numbers is nothing new for Ogunleye, who has done it on a national level in the past two summers. In 2017, he had a PPR of 16.0 - 15.8 points, 4.0 rebounds, 3.3 assists with shooting splits of 54/37/100 - in the New York National Tournament, good for ninth-highest in the tournament (out of 69 players). He ramped it up in 2018, as he finished with a PPR of 24.6 - 18.5 points, 9.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists with shooting splits of 55/22/60 - which was the highest in the tournament (out of 90 players).
